I think he should come back as a foreign national , say from Brazil, in order for him to fool us he can make racist remarks and he can have us all fooled by him talking in broken english .... oh hang on he's tried that one already

He could start with something a little less obvious than the only South American who doesn't call the Falkland Islands The Malvinas and the only South American who believes they are and should remain British
