A more suitable sign to have in Taxi might be "This taxi starts at a lower rate,as im trying to feck my colleagues"

I agree with that as I share the view that discount on normal work is utter madness, but a council can't interfere.

That's the law.

im only going to say that since the discount im NOW picking up loads more local address work and earning more simple as that.

Assuming that hacks and PH there all have meters, PH can charge what they like, unless there is some kind of bylaw in place where they also have there meters set to the council rates, but can still charge what they like below that tariff,Both PH and hacks must put the meter on from A to B to show the fare, then discount that
