I'll leave it to the Police now, they were banging on about Restorative Justice yesterday, I told them to feck off, lets arrest him and drag him through the courts.

His mother needs bringing to book to for telling porkies about how it was her sons mate.

Their solicitor may claim that by publishing the images it may prejudice a fair trial. I am not saying that they would get away with it but you never know.

I doubt it, it's like CCTV in shops catching shop lifters then showing the images on Crimewatch on the BBC,

I've got a Data licence so in essence yes it is.

The images only show a kid in a cab, not any alleged offence.
