One of our lot looks like she's having her badge revoked for not disclosing a SP30 to the Council this year.

When she went to renew her badge last week the Council noticed she'd hadn't disclosed a conviction from back in 2000, they've said they'll be going for a revocation.

Now she's not the brightest button in the box when it comes to rules and regulations but, I believe her when she says she didn't think she had to notify the Council when she got any conviction.

She's a cracking woman and would do anything to help you.

Sounds like our Council are making the rules up as they go along.

Yeah I've just told her to appeal. The LO slammed his hand on the desk and called her a liar.

If it was back in 2000 it would have been disclosed on previous applications so she would have a good case in court but if she has never disclosed it there might be a problem

If they have a CRB each year and the council has accepted it - why the issue now?

She will have produced a driving license on each application......has your council recently adopted the outsourced scheme from the DVLA where they're advised about points?

and what edders said =D>

It would've flagged up on her DVLA check so I assume she told them plus she would've had to show the LO her licence when she applied for the following years.

I don't think they have mate no, it's done by the DVLA like it's always been.

They can't do anything if they're off the licence can they? If it was back in 2000 it would've been off her licence in 2004.
