Yep it's another way of conning £50 from you. all you need to do is leave the cab parked up overnight. The ECU will learn the new EGR itself. By the time you go out in the morning the EML will be reset and all well.
uncouple the battery for an hour does it too
thats not programming it, its just clearing the ECU memory and DTC's (error codes), a £20 OBD2 reader can do it too, and help next time theres a problem, i really dont understand all these folks driving high tech modern cars but not taking every step to reduce costs
