I'm wondering if the Suspension Bill is something the taxi trade could get passed through the Scottish Parliament to suspend Mr Kensnowt from the trade. Deary Deary me. He obviously feels its been ok for the customers to pick up the extra cost for having to take a longer route. Where do these ideas come from.
