I wouldn't trust what it says on the comparison site, it's just quoted me £569.14

it asks private or business but doesnt kmow you will use it for taxi work

Those are quotes for business use insurance NOT Hire and Reward. So you'd be insured for business use but not for carrying passengers.

The first one on that list have already told me that regardless of the quote obtained they don't do private hire insurance...

if you have a birmingham badge you shouldnt have a problem, its the owners you need to ask tho, not a base op
