Whats the start rate in london 2.40,2.60 ? What if the remainder of that 7.60,7.40 was a booking fee ?

The tariff sheet has a max of £2 booking fee, and a 12.5% credit card fee.

When it's busy, why would drivers go out of their way for an unknown job?

That's the basics.

If tfl insist on meter maximum, it's goodbye Hailo, but they'd also have to look at the instant hailing of minicabs through the same technology if they're claiming the apps are a hail.

Account work goes way over the metered fares with the banks etc.

imo apps and PH is illegal
