dont get me wrong, you can find em on Fleabay at under £50 maybe even in the right colour but why should he accept a 2nd hand one?

Id wanna see he is insured, ASKMID shows if the cars insured, but not WHO is insured to drive

If he has reported the accident he will (and he WILL) get a call offering him whiplash compo cos the ambulance chasers have access to the accident database

if he accepts your repair get a waiver saying thats in full and final settlement or he may decide after all to claim off you

that did occur to me. Ill get him to sign exactly that!
Ive just checked. His car is insured AFAICS
