It is now 23 days since the accident and AXA insurance have still not authorised repairs to our car. I am getting a bit pi55ed off now!

They'll want to know the ins and outs of a knats backside.

It is no wonder that premiums are so high. Liability was admitted by the insurers on day 1. As i see it the only decision that has to be made is to either repair it or write it off. Another 2 weeks and they could have bought me a new car. =D> =D>

It has to go through that many departments it's unreal.

My insurance ran out whilst the car was in a garage being repaired following an accident. The insurance company want a letter explaining why there is a gap between the insurance running out and it being renewed. Now I think they would know the reason as they were the ones dealing with the claim  #-o

We got the car back this evening. If the repair had been authorised when the quote went in, we would have had our car back BEFORE the loan car had been delivered so that is at least 26 days at £300 a day.

2 days. It was a replacement wing, straighten the door pillar and fill and paint the bottom of the door.

That's a pretty penny they've got to fork out.
