And another thing we have asda rank and if any of them try and bulldoze in on that well they are only asking for trouble ...........

Thanks to 203020 i will get my plate. If it wasn't for them all the ones that have been waiting on their plates would wait forever because of the black market in hackney plates and greedy taxi drivers. Future asda taxi workers including dundeechap watch out doblomans about.

the first dundee dblos will appear december some are due up this thursday 38 alltogether but onced issued the plates dont get released for 28 days i think the dta has something to do with this, as far as the asda rank is concerned i can guarantee the three spaces will at one time or another be taken by doblos i remeber passing and seeing three private hire,s sitting there and the hacks sitting way back the difference now is the doblos are entitled to sit there and sit they will i may even sit there myself im my brand new shining doblo or get one of my drivers too..

If as you say the saloons can be plated for up to 5 years, then there could well be hire plates for that 5 years because there will always be an attraction in running a saloon, but if they're letting Dioblos on then the saloon plate many not be worth much.

But as you say, there may be the odd bod willing to hire one for illegitimate reasons and not just because they can't get a plate.

Go yourself scot i'm with you bud i was one of the original private hire's that used to sit at asda's rank until some plonker reported me. But hey scot i will be there soon sitting alongside you in my spanking new doblo let anyone try and kick me off now. lol .

No we definately don't tolerate ph but they bring it on therselves because they try and poach our work from asda. So dobloman and scot plonkers thats all you are don't even try and get lippy. Try and sit at asda go on i dare you to there is not just me thats feeling like this add about a hundred more so go on try your luck .

only 100 the estimate is 200 doblos by feb,anyway any operator who pays handys fees will be entitled to sit at asda if they want to not a lot of them want to
thats up to themselves ,`personaly id rather leave it to the 8hired plates and two legitimate cabs that regulary work it,but i will be giving it a visit now and again just to show the cabbies what a legal taxi looks like..

in replys to alex ,s post about a private hire freephone asda dundee has a freephone connected to handys office the fees for this are paid by both hacks and private hire ,although private hire can pick up a phoned job they cannot sit on the rank itself which is fair enough thats the rules regarding private hire but come feb private hire will virtually become extinct in dundee and this will mean more cabs at asda and a better service for asda customers on a sat which is an absolute nightmare as probably is in all citys,

Plonker are you game enough to tell us what colour of dioblo you are getting just want to know who i am talking to whats it got to do with you how many hired plates sit at asda they are more entitiled than you will be greedy ****...............................................................................

Sorry in interjeck here boys, but if the rank is near the store, wont the PH lads lose all their calls to the HC lads.
There is nochance the council will give us a rank near a supastore. The PH lads would go apolectic.
