Hi all,

The recent windy weather caused the driver door on my fairway to fly open ripping off the check strap and buckling the door. Shes in for a repair , but the garage can't source the check strap . Anyone got any ideas on where i can get one?

Cheers

Simon

I,m sure that if you take the old one to a cobblers they will be able to make you one out of a leather belt.

Lucky no one was holding onto the door when it blew open. These doors are death traps.

Er..... I was holding the door and it nearly pulled me fingers out of their sockets! On a happier note, I rang the garage this morning and they said they have managed to track one down. Thanks for your help all..
