The blonde buffoon was spouting off again today proclaiming every new taxi licensed from 2018 would have to be electric.

What a twatt this mayor is, spends his life announcing stuff that's not even developed or out with his control whilst totally ignoring issues that matter to London such as crime and near gridlock most days.

Let the battle commence if he really thinks that the whole trade are going to buy untested, low range milk floats.
