Recently mk council has limited it's taxi plates to 318 but I've been hearing on the ranks that they are now non transferable?
What does this mean?
If I want to sell I can't transfer vehicle which is with the plate to someone else?

It means f*** all, as no law allows a council to stop a transfer.

The law actually allows you to do it without telling them beforehand, just a note a few days after will do.
