Well loads.

Clearly restricted taxi numbers councils don't give out vehicle licenses, but often those councils give out confetti amounts of drivers licenses, which makes no sense unless you are an owner who doesn't like work.

to name but three - I think your referring to those who don't give a sh*t where the vehicles are worked?

but you need to vector in the severity of any knowledge test cos your not gonna travel 200 miles for a hack plate and pass one are you...

Why not? The eastern Europeans pass the test without previously setting foot in the country.

they have probably got family everywhere to take the test for them, the OP was asking about plates and badges

they have probably got family everywhere to take the test for them, the OP was asking about plates and badges

I have a chap who lives in Rochdale at the moment who is wanting to move here later this year. He is studying maps of the area so that he can take the local knowledge test when the time comes. He won't have anyone taking the test for him.

one swallow doesnt make a summer

hes not gonna stay in rochdale and drive over daily is he
