He said he and his brother rented a property.........so he was liable

but he got a result

I thought a taxi was considered to be tools of trade and thus couldn't be seized to pay debts?

well, id have said so but you cant argue with a high court writ

but the sheriff drove it away......with no badge....

That doesn't matter. A licensed vehicle can only be driven by a licensed driver.

BTW, the 2 who collected it? Mike Allonby passed away suddenly aged just 47, he seemed a considerate kinda guy
