You can't expect help from everybody but I know how you feel about trying to get drivers to cover work it's so frustrating. All you can do is keep advertising unfortunately. The companies here all go over to the town hall on the day that the drivers sit their knowledge test and give out information to all the new candidates.

I just wish firms would concentrate more on getting work than getting drivers.
