The biggest mistake IMO that Wenger made was when he went totally continental, when the likes of "Adams,Bould,Keown,Parlour" etc retired, unfortunately it seemed all within a short time of one another. He needs a mixture of the silky skills that we have seen over the years, but with the mixture of a NO nonsense English, or Italian, style of defence - too many softly, softy's in the side.
