well his badge starts expiring from the day he gets it, if he leaves it 2 months and plates a car then he will run out of badge before his plate expires, and id guess he cant renew his badge 2 months before expiry

i hope someone has explained all this to him....

he hasnt exactly rushed into this has he

It doesnt matter if his badge expires before his plates run out....he HAS the badge which is the important thing! One step at a time!

"well his badge starts expiring from the day he gets it, if he leaves it 2 months and plates a car then he will run out of badge before his plate expires, and id guess he cant renew his badge 2 months before expiry" ......So what do i do? what do you suggest sirs?

I was going to wait for the right car to come along first......I guess your saying i dont have much time!

As your badge must be in the post now (DBS, Medical, knowledge and disdis covered) you should have a car/insurance lined up ASAP and have sorted which circuit you will be joining

Going tomorrow to pick up licence. Also going to the taxi base i intend to work to familiarise myself with their rules and regs.
