I don't think he is saying that, I think he's saying that the driver is entitled to believe in what he wants, but must adhere to the law.

I know what Sc4bby is trying to say, he's just making a very bad job of it. #-o #-o However, as Sc4bby points out, "just because some muslims CLAIM its a religious thing then it MUST be" And as you say, they must adhere to the law. :-|

Exactly! Belief is one thing but if your doing a job where something may come into conflict with your beliefs then either just do it or go do something else!
