This request is not only urgent but also I have not a clue, please can any one advise

If you disergree with the accounts of a council and before they sign them off is it right you can complaint to the auditors, if so how. the council is not being helpfull

You can complain at any time, them being signed off is irrelevant.

In many areas drivers have gone back years.
