MiniCab drivers who complain about about Hackney drivers

The scum that illegally tout

People that don't see that we are all just trying to make a living?

Well that depends on what ones needs dictate.

Remember the Knowledge is open to one and all.

But since minicabbing is so wonderful Ollie why bother?

I mean look at all the Taxi drivers leaving our side of the trade to join yours....................... oops! silly me its the other way around!

I think drivers that undercut prices on the ranks, and operators that look after their families and friends first, and the ones who pay their wages last.

1 When it's busy, customers who hold the door open and start shouting for their mates, who are trying to chat up some bint and take ages to arrive.

2 Private cars that drop off people at the station, have a big goodbye then have to play a tune on their horn as they drive away. :x

3 Tailgaiters, especially when it's other taxi drivers. :?

4 Customers in the back whose feet are everywhere but on the floor. =;

5 Posey number plates, especially illegal ones.

6 Customers who deliberately put greasy kebab/pizza handprints on the windows, especially if it's the rear window

7 Sharers who contribute a total of £6 (say) to the last person, who pays the metered fiver, doesn't give you a tip and gets out with a smug grin on his/her face. The taxi that pays you to ride in it!! (Whatever happened to that Cash Cab programme?) [-X

8 Tossers who park at the petrol pump that you need to get to just to buy a bar of chocolate, especially if it's boy racers

9 Customers who get in and say something like 'Edinburgh please' when in fact they're only going half a mile up the road (this always happens when you've waited an hour after another half mile job, how do they know?) :-#

10 Customers who spend their time yap yap yapping then when you get them to their destination and ask for the fare they seem surprised that they have to pay and spend the next ten minutes looking for the dosh. Particularly annoying are those who take longer to find the cash than the journey took :-|

Well since the only two programmes I make a point of watching are Eastenders and Neighbours then I'll have to disagree there Sussex :D

However, Big Brother should have been drowned at birth, as should most reality TV shows  - even Nigella is better than BB

However, one show I do like is the BBC one about learning to drive. It's not often I laugh out loud at TV these days, but I do get the odd chuckle from this one. If you haven't seen it, it's presented by Nadia Sawahli ( #-o ), ex-Eastenders ( =D> ) and as well as members of the public, Nadia herself is also shown learing to drive.

Anyway, during her test she had to do the dreaded three-point turn, and it took her ages just to work out what way to steer. When she got to the other side of the road, she sat for ages trying to work out what way she should steer next. Eventually she started reversing, but steered the wrong way and was going back to where she started

Some of her other stuff wasn't much better - she failed, needless to say
