Lets do the maths

assuming a take home pay of £400 a week or £450 with overtime

so on a weeks holiday thats gonna add £50 per employee per week, call it £200/year

got 200 employees? thats £40K a year

stop the overtime

the full timers have just LOST £2500 a year

Maybe I should look at how much I am owed by all the company's that I worked for over the years where my holiday pay was calculated at 40 hours a week but I did overtime.

Actually it is more than half. In fact, I think only three of them are still going. However they did not close until long after I had done the damage, I mean, left.

We were a component company and yes we made bits for the Allegro. We did pedal assemblies, gear levers, door hinges, handbrakes and clutches.
Although we were part of British Leyland we also did bits for Ford, Vauxhall and De-lorean amongst others.

I made the tooling that was used to make the parts. I never fitted any parts to cars. As far as i am aware our parts were OK.
