Hey guys,
my name is Niklas and Im from Germany. I directly excuse for my bad english but i hope you will understand everything correctly.

My matter is an London Cab Fx4. It has the Nissan diesel engine and we have overheating problems. When we give it really hard to the Taxi (up hill and hard acceleration) the engine gets hot. We already changed the thermostate and have still the same problem. Even the water pump is a new one with a new visco fan. The old one was leaking. So wo don't really can find out where the overheating comes from. Engine runs very well and there is no problem with the cylinder head etc...

The next problem is the front heating blower. It doe not work. We checked the wires till the fan motor and its definitely getting power, so i think that the blower motor is gone and we need to replace it. Our trouble now is how to replace this thing, because it is in its housing and we can't really find out how to unbolt this because we can't find any bolt which connects the housing with the car.
Hopefully you can help me.
Its just annoying that these usually very simple problems can make life so hard...

Kind regards
Niklas
