As one of the UK's leading card payment providers, Chip & PIN Solutions is looking to commission some research to find out what UK taxi driver's think about this and how this potential shift in payment methods will impact the industry.

Nobody should be forced and especially as there is a charge involved, but, I like lots of options.

That is a stupid question anyway. It is asking you what you think and giving you the option of a yes/no answer.

Think you will find that is exactly why Sussex was "Not Sure". #-o

Given the card machines require a SIM and signal, if theres no signal how would the cabbie comply with the legal requirement he accept cards?

and what protects him against malicious chargebacks on fares over £100 on a credit card?
