The Jay report isn't anti-Islamic propaganda. Its focus is on "blatant" failures of Councillors and senior managers in the Social Services underplaying child sexual exploitation (CSE) along with Police officers treating "many child victims with contempt" by regarding them as promiscuous teenagers rather than victims of child abuse.

And the fact is, many if not nearly all the perpetrators of CSE are of Asian Pakistani Muslim descent.

So spare me the anti-Islamic propaganda, get me out of jail-free card, that's complete bollocks in this case.

If anything, the Pakistani community of Rotherham has been accorded almost diplomatic immunity, when abusing vulnerable children, and now they have to stand up and face the music.

They don't pay the clerk. The people in these organisations operate to certain principles and expectations that are passed down, which are considered imperative for them keeping their jobs.

It's about turning a blind eye, filing things in the wrong place or claiming that you have no knowledge of what was really going on.

You've only to look at the NHS, to see what happens to whistle-blowers. It's a bit like institutionalised child abuse.
