But Doctors are giving them out on prescription to help people stop smoking in Leicestershire.

It's only Cancer Research UK who are harping on about them, the same group who get millions a year from the tobacco companies. Maybe they're getting twitchy bums because their funding is going to get cut because there's over 2 million people who've made the switch to vaping.

There's nothing to ban, it's only vapour, there's no fumes come from them.

The world health organisation are also against them.

Look at Imperial Tobacco in Nottingham, they're closing the whole shooting match down.

Not strictly true. You have not listed the full list of chemicals that make up such things as the "flavour" Take a look at some other "flavours" just how much bacon is there in smokey bacon crisps? How many prawns are in prawn cocktail crisps?

I make my own liquid now.

Pure glycerin £1 for 150ml from a chemists. (dilute 20% with water)
Menthol crystals £3 for 5g again from the chemists.
Nicotine concentrate £varies online.

Thats all I use. The glycerin just gives off water vapour when heated, menthols harmless and approved for inhalation and the nicotines only harmful if ingested in its pure form in large amounts.

It's the caramel and butter e-liquids which are a bit suspect, one of the chemicals in them is ok when eaten but carcinogenic when heated.
