some debts NEVER die, i bet they are glad they voted now

then again, if they got a voting card surely they were not that hard to find anyway!

If there's been no contact for over 6 years it's called statue barred. If they decide to contact you tell them to feck off.

I think that this is the point. They were nie on impossible to find until they registered to vote in the referendum. Now it will be easy.
