Pure glycerin £1 for 150ml from a chemists. (dilute 20% with water)
Menthol crystals £3 for 5g again from the chemists.
Nicotine concentrate £varies online.

Thats all I use. The glycerin just gives off water vapour when heated, menthols harmless and approved for inhalation and the nicotines only harmful if ingested in its pure form in large amounts.

It's the caramel and butter e-liquids which are a bit suspect, one of the chemicals in them is ok when eaten but carcinogenic when heated.

There's nothing to be against only vapour like boiling a kettle. They're shitting themselves because the tobacco companies are going to be pulling their funding very soon indeed because they're losing billions in revenue.
