I make my own liquid now.

Pure glycerin £1 for 150ml from a chemists. (dilute 20% with water)
Menthol crystals £3 for 5g again from the chemists.
Nicotine concentrate £varies online.

Thats all I use. The glycerin just gives off water vapour when heated, menthols harmless and approved for inhalation and the nicotines only harmful if ingested in its pure form in large amounts.

It's the caramel and butter e-liquids which are a bit suspect, one of the chemicals in them is ok when eaten but carcinogenic when heated.

And Butterscotch, I think it's called diacetyl. or something like that. It's used as a sweetener in foods.

The world health organisation are also against them.

There's nothing to be against only vapour like boiling a kettle. They're shitting themselves because the tobacco companies are going to be pulling their funding very soon indeed because they're losing billions in revenue.

Look at Imperial Tobacco in Nottingham, they're closing the whole shooting match down.

2 an a half years on the e-cig, the difference is enormous, interesting to note though, Imperial Tobacco have bought out Blu (previously Skycig) says it all really.

20 months now, still use it occasionally, when some scrotal annoys me, but on zero nicotine.
Went to Devon about 8 weeks ago, managed to walk 2 miles to the local pub and back again 2 nights running SWMBO struggled, well it was mostly uphill

Don't do excessive exercise but do go for a brisk walk most days, my general fitness though has massively improved, on holiday played tennis for two hours a day everyday plus walked miles as you do, felt great.

The difference is though Ciggies are all bad E-cigs so far have been all good, I can even smoke it in my cab :D

I've already had a 5 star all inclusive holiday in Fuerteventura, at the Barcelo hotel with SWMBO, with the money saved :D

I've got one of these bad boys on order.

They can go up to 35w and can shove some serious vapour out.

A German court has ruled that vaping is not Smoking under the terms of German Smoke free legislation which incidentally is the same fundamentally as the UK law i.e. no combustion or tobacco burnt equals not smoking.

You'll need google translate:
