I don't like to be a pedant normally, but the post Blackpool made was perfectly understandable. I would not personally use "Backload" but understood it to mean "Load behind me" and if you are honest, so did you.

I was attempting to show that whilst you can take a contrary position on a matter, to reduce it to a personal insult on the use of English, which changes from Town to Town, let alone from County to County, makes a sensible debate into something rather childish.

Chris i didnt pick up the meaning of Blackpools post hence the inquiry, i have never worked a rank only ever been PH no insult was intended, Blackpool to me is a very sensible poster =D> =D>

Rat eats Rat as stated by the Capt seems to concisely describe this situation and Sussex's suggestion of a "smack in the mouth" would reflect my opinion :D

Wanna as usual spouts Cretinous bilge #-o

And my message never changes "organise educate agitate" =D> =D> =D> TT :D

TT, I don't know what to say when your being nice.

I can't go along with your Politics, but I value your input.

Perhaps it takes contrary views to get good debate but I dislike personal insult as it lowers the tone.

Organise, definitely. Educate, obviously. Agitate, when diplomacy has failed, maybe. I may be moving toward agitation myself at the moment as it happens.

On a personal note if someone wants to" backload " me on a rank it ain't happening, end of.
If, as a punter you (or anyone else) prevented me from taking the cab of my choosing on a rank I'd take your plate number and report you to licensing.
If as a 'fellow' hack you (or anyone else) prevented me from loading a punter who had chosen my vehicle on a rank I'd report you to licensing.

I would first point out rank etiquette and direct them to the front of the queue, but if they insist on taking my cab that's their right to do so. Maybe there's a reason people don't wan't to get into your cab, does it happen often

Listen without getting all high and mighty "pullin a stroke " on your collegues isnt what i do or want to happen to me.If a punter wants to get third taxi back because its a saloon ok,or someone with a pram or cant get in saloon wants a london style hackney fine too.Like i said the vast majority ay the game here.Maybe your desperate for that extra fare that you think any job is yours ? Id prefer Sussexs method,as i said before take a job behind me for no reason and id oblige with the "smack in the gob" and when you run of to tell licensing/council guess how many of those drivers are going to back up the "backloading driver"

Being nice i'm always nice ffs

Listen disagreement debate is HEALTHY. personal insults not clever but ON here it appears PAR FOR THE COURSE and i plead guilty to getting involveld iN that SCENARIO #-o

i SEE YOUR MOVING TOWARDS AGITATION YOURSELF ...................THE QUESTION IS WERE YOU IE THE INDUSTRY ALREADY COMPREHENSIVELY ORGANISED WOULD YOU BE REQUIRED TO AGITATE :?:

I ALSO VALUE YOUR INPUT EVEN THOUGH I CANT SEE ANY IDENTIFIABLE POLITICS BEING PRESENTED :D
