I just cannot get a reply or answer to any question from my LO, ive got queries 9 months old unanswered, vehicle types, vehicle colours, DBS costs in fees, etc, etc


very frustrating

I just ring ours and they tell me there and then on the phone. If I need anything paper wise they post it out and I get it in a few days. Would you like me to ask them to ring yours and then they can post the info to me :lol: :lol:

Well my DBS (completed July 14th) hasnt surfaced, it was only when I asked for the ref number and checked that anyone knew DBS had returned it on August 14th with errors, my LA only knew when I told them....it still hasnt been seen anywhere


so i suppose they could cancel my badge in a heartbeat?

ages ago i asked about acceptable vehicles ( i know we cant have 7 seat Zafira's, Galaxy's, etc) and the reply was.....
