Terence Higgins, senior licensing officer at City of Edinburgh Council is a LIAR!!!

Higgins claims that the council's disciplinary process complies with Human Rights.

But both he and the council refuses to tell me how he can justifiably or reasonably make this claim.

Why? In the absence of a simple answer I therefore have no option other than to believe that Higgins is a LIAR!

MY Council employs liars.

And it has to. Because, based on information it can't provide to me, Edinburgh's council has made NO attempt to ensure that its process are Human Rights compliant.

And the reason?

Because Edinburgh's council regularly breaches Human Rights.

Cabbies have routinely been dragged before cab inspectors and coerced through fear to spill their guts, and corroborate the council's weak case against them - then drag them before councillors who happily roger them by removing licences or suspending them illegally.

Remember the Edinburgh cabby suspended for two weeks for slipping into McDonalds for a leak and stopping a tram, thereby embarrassing the council?

Scumbag LIAR Higgins reduced this female cabby to tears, who was in fear of losing her livelihood. Should cabbies have to live in fear like this?

So, Edinburgh Council, stop hiding behind process to avoid answering a simple question.

How can Higgins claim that the council's processes, any of the council's process, are compatible with Human Rights?

I'm waiting.

And if you are abusing me as a cabby, and do so seemingly so willingly, how do I know that Edinburgh's council is not also abusing the elderly in care homes, children in homes, and the homeless and disadvantaged in our society it is charged to protect?

Where does Edinburgh Council's abuse start ... and where does it end?

Who does Edinburgh's council NOT abuse!

If it were me I would.

And, if the despicable scumbag doesn't, perhaps his even more despicable scumbag council employers will take up the cudgel on his behalf.

Let's hope so.

That's your challenge. Because there's no other legitimate way to get answers from you. FOI has failed to do so.

Let's get you out of your comfort zone of council process, and into the independent arena of court process.
