Rossendale Borough Council Licencing

Hi, Bear with me as its my first post on here.
I am a hackney carriage driver currently working in Rossendale.
I was just wondering if there is anyone out there having issues with people within your area using Rossendale plates running as private hire,

I wanted peoples views on it and to see if we could do anything about it to stop it

Recently had one enquiring about working in Hertfordshire. Out of interest Jojo, how many hackney rank spaces are there in the Rossendale district for the 1,200+ hackneys that they currently have under licence?

Whilst most, if not all, of us think hackneys working predominantly outside of their licensing area is a tad not on, it's worth mentioning that soon they will need only convert to PH and do it all legally.

All due to the f***wits GMB and Unite.

theres a couple in wath on dearne near Rotherham working as private hires

seen one yesterday morning even working without a plate on his viehcle how does rossingdale council enforce them so they cant get away from doing things like this
