So if you have one child to be taken to a school miles from home, you would expect that child to be taken in a bus.

I would expect the child to be transported in an appropriate vehicle with a Driver AND escort ......for your information when working as a PH Driver i never ever drove un escorted children IE under 16........................totally inappropriate in my opinion.

Grandad presumably your company transports children unaccompanied ?

If the contract requires an escort then we provide an escort who is employed by our company. If the contract does not require an escort then none is provided.

I realise that out in the sticks things are somewhat different but i firmly believe all Councils should require escorts for ALL children at all times as i frequently point out, how can the likes of Wanna Nidge Rambo Skippy be allowed employed to Drive Children UNACCOMPANIED #-o #-o scandalous and typically austerity attacks upon the innocent by this vile Government vis massive financial cut backs on councils #-o #-o

Well that would sort out the unemployment figures. how much extra do you think the Country would need to borrow, or raise from taxation to pay for your escorts? maybe pensions should be cut to fund the extra.
