Push bikes should have number plates and their riders should have licences.

Then let's see how many run red lights and contravene road laws.

Ok ok,you don't like cyclists,heard it all before.First things plenty do have insurance,plenty don't a bit like cars,who do you think comes of worse in most traffic altercations car or bike ? I always find it odd when I'm on bike a car/van doesn't give me a foot yet they'll give a horse 20 feet wide berth.I ride whenever I can at least twice a week when weather allows 50 miles plus,the odd driver gives me grief/aggressive driving but on the whole majority are ok,bit like bikes.p.s never ride on pavement as too much/glass/sh it/pedestrians/dogs............. rant over
