Yes, the rights of the child must be taken into account but don't imagine for one minute, these people are all racked by a guilty conscience and tripping over themselves to do the right thing.

A somewhat cynical view Skull i am aware of some social services doing excellent work in similiar case's mind this lot didnt exactly make a good start threatening the Mother that involving a solicitor would go against her

when of course it was her legal right to be informed that. she could involve a solicitor
Still as i pointed out had the mother been in a Union all the appropriate advice would have been immediately available for free,,, will they ever learn
