I had a crippler this morning, 3 young girls back to our manor from Mansfield, I dropped the first one off and she gave the ones in the back £5 for her bit towards the fare. All the way to their destination they were slagging her off for only paying £5, I chirped up and said, she's paid the most why are you slagging her off? When we got to their destination the fare was £12, trying to explain that them two only paid £4 and their mate paid £5, when their brain cells kicked in they said, "oh yeah."

I like a panic delivery job. 200 miles with a smallish electric motor in the boot for a customer, no drunks, no haggling, just me and radio 2 all the way

I once did a Coventry to "Malcolm" of Scotland (Glasgow I think) with JCB parts, couldnt remember where I knew the name from till i was passed by....

Lost count of the amount of times I was asked last night "Are you busy tonight driver".

Followed by silence when I told them I'm ticking away
