had a punter moaning at me this morning,


arrived at 6:55 for a 7:00 booking, belled the punter to tell him i'd arrived to be moaned at for him having to wait 20 minutes, apologised about the delay and asked what time he had booked his cab for 07:00, but I expected you to turn up at 06:30

At the end of just about every journey 'how much is that then?' when there's a bloomin great meter on the dashboard 3 foot in front of them !

Once when asked I replied 5 quid only to be told 'it says £4.60 on the meter' - so why'd you f*$!gn ask #-o

It always tickles me when the punters give you an address, and then as you are within 50 yards they say 'next turning on the right mate'.
