Once again flower, I don't think you are seeing the bigger picture. When all of these app technology platform companies take over, you are the meet on the sandwich. It's the punter who wins at the end of the day with the app company skimming off the top. =D>

Talking of doubling, I heard a fascinating stat the other day.

If you start with one grain of sand on the first square of a chessboard, and then double the amount for every subsequent square, there is not enough sand on this planet to fit on the last of the 64 squares. :shock:

The original take on this was with grains of rice. The inventor of the game of chess was asked to name his price and this was his answer. it is an astronomical figure by the time you get to the last square.

I'll give apps like Uber five, perhaps ten years and what you will see is the demise of the traditional taxi radio company. No more daft wee committeemen running taxi companies or offices crammed with telephonists answering phones just an app on your phone - job done. =D>
