It will be mate, Inflation is at a recoed low due to the fuel drop, there's a glut of food on the wholesale markets which the traders cant' get rid of.

The Government doesn't like low inflation for long.

Europe is in DEflation, thats even worse for governments

but not as bad as nil unemployment, cos then workers dictate wages to employers, not the other way round

Pump prices can fall as low as ya like, but fuel duty is PER LITRE, so HMG still get just as much as before

Bang on, The Americans lost control of the oil industry a long time ago, this is their chance to gain back control with the added bonus of squeezing the life out of the Russian economy.

BP are greedy, they are always the last to cut prices, look at BP St Boswells.

Just as a matter of interest has the motorway service stations brought there prices down

meanwhile, somewhere, a commodoties broker will rent an old oil tanker moored somewhere and buy a few million barrels of oil at 50c a throw to sell at $1 a barrel and make a few million
