Strange - I wonder if the council would consider Ian Huntly, Jimmy Saville, and Gary Glitter fit and proper after a mere 10 minute interview?

10 minutes - how can you assess the character of someone in 10 minutes??

I find this so weird tbh - recently we've had a licensing scandal in Milton Keynes, the Rotherham thing is simmering away, and the Rochdale case was mentioned again this week -

As Suissex mentioned recently - how sh*t is this profession to those that license us?

Nah which the trade allows to license us........................went to some sh!t ole called Bury some years ago meeting of minds more like meeting of GROVELLERS anyway this issue was discussed and the normal nonsense errupted legal legal legal #-o

The council that are prepared to take a persons word as being fit and proper one month - ban legal highs the next
