There's a few good guys left in the Labour party but far too many are Tories in red ties. The right still own the Labour party, same as they did under Blair and Brown. It's not an election in the UK, because the UK electorate has no real choice.

You can only blame the party membership for who runs the party and subsequently the Government. Perhaps the majority in the country prefer right of centre politics to left wing politics.
