On the passenger app, it will just say that there no drivers available, and to please try again later.

If a passenger is low rated, then it's likely that they've brought it on themselves.

However there's usually a desperate/greedy driver, who will put up with any hassle and accept the job anyway.

Maybe they've been necking on in the back of the motor.

Maybe he has traveled alone some of the time.

Look at it another way.......sometimes it is the because "I am Black" excuse ( who is also generally the racist, as no one else has mentioned colour), also generally used to further a cause and possibly get a free ride/compensation.

Imo this is probably Another who does not know how to behave in public and has rubbed a few drivers up the wrong way. Instead of recognising his poor behaviour or for that matter wanting to......it is now a gay issue

He should be made to substantiate his ludicrous claims, and asked; why of all the reasons in the world is this is now a gay issue? does he have a problem mixing with normal people? hmm what part did sex/sexual orientation come into this?

My bet is that if you put him in front of a shrink and the course was "what do you see in these images that I am holding up", then it would be "sex", Homophobia, "sex", Homophobia, "sex", Homophobia, "sex", Homophobia, etc etc. As well as being gay, many have deep seated issues, however not bad enough to stop him smiling for the cam.

Just a thought, aren't muslims anti-gay (I don't know) ? If so he might be getting lots of Asian drivers and they could be marking him down because of their beliefs not his personality.

Give me gay passengers any day of the week, always friendly and interesting, good tippers and I've yet to get a smelly one.

Chances are his low rating is not because he's gay, he probably faffs about at the pick up, as I mentioned earlier. Requesting the car at a certain location, then moves somewhere else, possibly to a different bar/pub, then makes the driver wait while he finishes his pint/pays the bill, whilst the driver is waiting outside on double yellow/reds on a busy road, etc...

A rider will get 5 stars, if they're waiting by the kerbside, when I arrive, where they request the car (uses GPS to pinpoint your location, or you can enter your address manually), and waiting at a safe and legal position where I can stop (e.g. not at a zebra crossing), so they can safely get in the car. It's not hard, and doesn't take much common sense.

typical cab drivers reaction - I personally think the bloke is right and the ratings were based around his refusal to have sex with uber drivers
