Could you be so kind to put up T&Cs for drivers and your T&Cs for punters :!:

You have nothing to hide, do you :?:

As usual you don't understand the customer PR....

A lot of them won't care about the T&C's......

T&Cs are overlooked and that's why I'm highlighting them Artur, as far as not understanding PR goes, I'm thinking its you that doesn't understand PR, you don't understand that it's the staff and the effort they put in that makes a business successful, reading most of your posts you don't contribute anything with substance, you just pick up on what you think are weaknesses of others, I'd take a back seat if I where you, you actually remind me of someone on our forum who also offers nothing, your blindfold support of CC is always appreciated though, we need the Yes sirs three bags fullers

PR is you ffs......

Deary me #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o

I think you are not seeing the bigger picture Dougie. It's only a matter of time.......................................... before your drivers wake up to the fact they don't need City Cabs or CRT? =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> You have a thousand taxis but three times that of drivers. =D> =D> =D> =D> The drivers are the trade-simples. =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>

Oh and your two companies couldn't be more divided and financially, a strong wind would blow them away and Uber and GET TAXI are Hurricanes.............. =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>

Oh I know, here's a solution, lets put up your radio dues to fight the big boys.

Once again......PR is short for your name. Apologies if this has confused you.

No you waffled on about driver mobiles etc etc. I just said customer loyalty is more important.

Ok i'll provide an example and lets hope you grasp it.

I own tesco, go with me here PR. My staff are wonderful and loyal. Customers though no longer come and buy their groceries. Still i have loyal staff who are willing to stay.

Pop quiz hot shot.....how long will i keep the doors open?

Oh no they are not> Drivers own nothing and have a loyalty to no one but you are going to find out how much you need them in the very near future and you won't be charging £300 for a rental. =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>

I'll play the game.

PR is about keeping customers happy and informed. Marketing is about attracting new custom.

Now do you know what customer means?

I'd ask questions why the customers have stopped coming through the door, I'd start with putting pressure on the management who'd then explain to me where it's going wrong, I'm sure they'd highlight complacency amongst staff but questions would also be asked of the persons in charge of promotions within the company, that normally is under taken by the marketing department whom are answerable to the GM, solution, sack the GM and bring someone in with fresh ideas and an ability to rally the troops. That is business in the real world
