Of course my views are expressed in a way as to offend the Philistines but nowhere do i attack another human being on the basis of Ethnicity.

Which means to answer your question YES So point out any view i have that would render me not "fit and proper"

i am not a racist others on here qualify for that label and thats the subject of this thread

Your views on the Provisional IRA, your views on Conservatives, your views on the Royal family and the expressions and words you use could and are viewed by some as offensive......so offensive they would in the eyes of some render you not fit and proper.

What we have here is someone from a local paper taking the moral high ground and imposing their morality over another persons.

They cry at cartoonists being murdered in Paris and yet they are outraged by some silly cabbie creating outrage on facebook?

So lets all be silent, they were silent in Rotherham because they were scared if they spoke they'd lose their jobs - or be called racist, just like in Oxford, just like in Rochdale - of yes, just like in the House of Commons.

Should a persons ramblings on facebook or any social media cost them their job? Should it mean costing them their house?

If we are going to have the type of society to which these people seem to want us to aspire to, its the kind of society I don't particularly want.

regarded as offensive indeed as their designed to be, but of course calling a tory vermin is not yet illegal is it ! or calling the royals parasites is it! or supporting the brave heroic freedom fighters in the 6 countys isnt is it ! but insulting someone because of their race is !

My statements on the Royals the Tory's and re the Irish freedom fighters have all been published in various newspapers and indeed Hansard not attributed to me i just quote these statements ................the Tory vermin one comes one A Bevan the Royal parasites from numerous Newspapers and a multitude of authors Tributes to the Irish freedom fighters from again a multitude of publications.

Cab Drivers abusing people on a racist basis are in my opinion not "fit and proper" in todays world to attempt to compare them with my writings is somewhat wide of the mark both legally and factually!

Being vitriolic does sometimes encourage debate which is why on here i do it, in other arenas its unnecessary i will leave you to surmise as to why

I would hope these Drivers would cease their Racist postings for if they dont its inevitable in my view they will be REMOVED from the industry,

I dont think there is great difference between the society you wish for and the one i want!

anyway lets kill it this debate or pick up the ambone i have no wish on this issue to fall out with you MUSH ATB TT

It appears that PC thing means a bloke cannot make comments on facebook - as much as they may appear to be wrong.

I hope in one way this bloke is backed by a strong association if his license is revoked, because to me his views don't actually make him a bad cab driver, they make him a moron certainly, but plenty of morons drive cabs without any view whatsoever.

Will a council ban someone because of facebook?

"spud muncher" "irish basta5d2 etc yes some got glassed for their compliments others such as the FFFFIIIILLLLTTTTHHH had to be tolerated

With these social media outlets Facebook Twitter etc care needs to be taken this driver should restrain his keyboard Should he be banned? well if he continues i think its inevitable in 2015!

My comments re Royals Torys Blairites support fo the RA i stand be as being legitimate years ago i published them under no alias hoping TFL or someone would go for MY license they spotted the bait and i was disappointed I think they looked closely at some comments re tottenham supporters but bottled it oh well
