Anyone having problems with doors sliding off
I've created a shock absorber for the door track, door opening on a hill can be a problem if a punter opens door with any kind of force, I'm sure you know what I mean
Anyway I use an empty 10mil e-cig liquid plastic bottle, cutting it in half, using the bottom half I fill it tightly with sponge, I then gaffer tape the bottle covering the whole bottle, encasing the sponge, I then due to its flexibility squeeze in to the track where the door settles when fully open, the sponge within allows the door to hold when loading a wheel chair or facing down a hill, it works well, I've never had a problem, it also wares well
I also gaffer tape the back of the kick plate below the passenger seats, again no problems with cracks appearing, it works that's good enough for me
Any other tips welcome
