had it done on my Mondeo when she hit 125k,


seemed to make a fair bit of difference to performance but most telling was the amount of crap kicked out.

Location: Used to be in Lowestoft,now escaped.
Very carefully trickle in some fine oil and you can get the same effect of blowing a load of muck out by temporarily increasing compression .(Bit dodgy if you trickle in too much because it can hydraulic lock)
