I don't know if you know it but the insurance companies have got together and funded what they call ...The insurance fraud bureau..all claims details are reported to them..any person ..car ..car hire com...solicitors..that flags up .. they come down hard on that claim..

If he gets the IFB on his case he needs to assume the position and be prepared to be Rodgerd.

If there was any kind of fraud it was between the claims handling company the vehicle supplier and the garage. I was ringing the claims handling company almost everyday after week 3 asking why it was taking so long. Our tracker shows that the car didn't move from where they parked it outside the garage for 4 weeks.

Winns specialises in injury claims. Also screw everyone for a hire car.

The head office is five mins from me.

My claim is nearly a year old and a no brainer. He drove straight into the back of me but is not admitting liability.

Liability has been accepted by the other party in my claim. it is the hire costs that are in dispute.

Same as my uncle.

Liability accepted ages ago. was given a hire car at a crazy rate.

It is going to court due to the cost of the vehicle.

Winns always do it.
