What the sour grapers fail to understand is the consequence of refusing the airports demand to share a space with ECPH, the consequence would definitly be no Black Cabs picking up from Edinburgh Airport, City Cabs where/are looking after number 1 first, if we hadn't imagine the impact on ranks around the City Centre, imagine the amount of Taxis having to head 6 dead miles back in to town, imagine the impact on earnings, City Cabs had to agree, it was a high value contract to individuals and not just members, the customer (airport) wanted there set up, we obliged :D

Not only that Private Reggie, imagine another 300 plus gold passats had been added to an already saturated market??

One question Skull......for whom at CRT are you playing the part of puppet?

Jesus!! CRT don't need me to slag them off with their 40K committee salaries and ridiculous discounts, their membership are every bit as stupid as City Cabs but saying that, they never won ECPH the biggest contract in the City now did they? #-o #-o #-o #-o Oh no that accolade is all down to Dod and Les...

Who's not reading  you have a track record Gary

ECPH where getting the ph operation no matter what and without any agreement/partnership with City

Roger that, ECPH could also have dominated East, West and Mid Lothian ph, they could even have brought in ph from Fife, I'm thinking City might just have saved the Trade

Artur, you have pitched this youtube video around the level of your average CRT/City Cabs members intelligence. They will look at this video and think "there is nothing in it for Dod and Les, whatsoever?" #-o #-o #-o #-o That is to say, throwing in with ECPH, is of no benefit to them personally. #-o #-o #-o #-o It's all for the good of City Cabs and its shareholders... #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o #-o

What a bunch of fu*king retards... #-o #-o #-o

We all know who won the airport contract and it certainly wasn't city . City are in fact a back up to ecph in the joint venture just look at the set up to tell you this 1 the booking office , 2 the signage , 3 the illegal gesturing by their marshal into the booking office , now what have city got 1 improper signage , 2 no room for wheelchair loading as cabs have to be moved around to accommodate this, 3 passengers standing in the open to face the elements rain ,wind and snow with no shelter , now who's kidding who Private Reggie .

Seriously you actually believe that adds up to City not winning the black cab operation

Take a seat pal, sit back and relax, close your eyes and empty your thoughts, now listen to me, I'm not one to toe the party line, if I disagree on an issue or concern I will and I have on many occasion but on the Airport I asked to see the work Les put in on the forward travel bid, I also asked to see the City Cab stand alone bid, I also asked to hear the phone call that lead to the ending of the working relationship between City and CRT, CRT wanted it all to themselves but they failed to take into account what the Airport wanted, guess what, the airport got what it wanted, Im very happy with my committee in being awarded the black cab operation, you have convinced yourself of your understanding but I checked the FACTS so as to offer my understanding when the need arose, the FACTS where there for every member to view, if you failed to do this then that's your own fault.

We City Cabs where awarded the BC operation by Edinburgh Airport FACT :D

Private Reggie my friend people don't always see the same signs as to what was actually done over the airport contract , but unless your blinded by some strange aura ( that omits from saint Les ), a blind man can see that ecph have the better set up everything is geared in their favour and that's a FACT .

Saint les

Thanks for the compliment John
Although it is a bit sad to see a man of your experience and stature choosing to communicate in this fashion.

Gary you have to try and let it go. Only you would advertise your new services in such a negative way.

We don't need a booking office at the Airport, ph does, it makes sense where it is situated, can't imagine it being located on the outside edge of the underground car park, space would be lost meaning less vehicles.

The basic fact is the facts are/where there to be viewed, I viewed them, I'm happy with the work we are getting, get over it
