so how did you get a copy of the crb??

The operator who he was going to work for asked for a copy of his CRB, he was shocked they gave him a badge with the CSE on there. He phoned me up and asked if I'd like a copy.

I can see at least 2 breaches of the law governing these things here.

I didn't think it'd be long     Why don't you give him a job? You won't have your school contracts very long if you did.

I agree - personally I don't believe people who are convicted child molesters should be taxi drivers - but it appears we now have a politician defending human rights ffs

These scum are less than human.
I'd say the public's right to be protected trumps any right to anonymity.

Is it legal for the LA to share a copy of the DBS with an operator?

did I ever tell you about a helicopter ride I had....the helicopter was paid for by public subscription because of consistent government cuts - but if it wasn't for that helicopter I'd be playing golf with your dad........moaning about ping irons

saw your recent post on facebook - my thoughts are with you

of course, cuts don't matter, not to those who can afford them - we're all in this together, just some are more in it than others I guess.

as I've said before, none of them are worthy of my vote, they can all gtf

The LA didn't share a copy, the lad gave the operator a copy of his CRB because the operator asked for it.

Although the Council were wrong to give him the badge, i doubt that the operator had any legal right to see the CRB unless he was a registered body and it would definitely been illegal to share that information with anyone who was not entitled to see it, redacted or not.

Would you have given him a drive? Nah I don't think so.

The Operator had every right to see his CRB because like you he would've been transporting children to school.

I reckon I'd give him shots and take his pound

Been to St Andrews, never played there - but Scotland has so many 'hidden gems' of courses - there's the ones to find, not those on tv.....and nope, you never told me about you're uncle

He was a Colonel in the Scott's Guards for 45 years, when he was due for retiring he was put in charge of organising the Edinburgh Military Tattoo for the last 5 years.

Since retiring he's never had to pay for a holiday, the people he looked after during his time organising the Tattoo and looking after other countries armed forces has given him free holidays.
